Yes, we guarantee that all our products are 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized distributors and brands in South Korea.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. International shipping can take 10-21 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare or makeup items.
Do you provide free samples with orders?
We love sharing new products! Every order includes a selection of free K-Beauty samples so you can discover your next favorite skincare staple.
How can I check the expiration date of my products?
Korean products usually display the manufacture date (μ μ‘°) or the expiration date (κΉμ§). Most products have a shelf life of 30 months unopened and 12 months after opening.
